<h1>Joel Metgzer 3D Modeling</h1> I construct SketchUp models. These are digital 3D representations of architectural and interior designs. They can be viewed in perspective at any distance or angle. The models are easily flipped, turned, zoomed, and modified in any way. They can incorporate all details, while being much more adaptable than physical models. These dynamic computer representations will portray your design accurately and in scale. Recently I am creating models for entertainment industries – sets for television and stage productions and games for casino environments. Models for entertainment productions are able to accurately depict viewer sightlines, audience seating, and scene changes. My earlier experience includes models for kitchen renovations, which were highly detailed, frequently accommodating manufacturers' specs. I have worked with architects and contractors on new structures and renovations. I am accustomed to working remotely, corresponding via email, and satisfying the needs of designers. Communication is maintained at every step of the development process. My rates are always flexible and I will accommodate your deadlines. I would be happy to provide references of previous clients. For designers, digital models portray the final construction while permitting the flexibility of a paper sketch. SketchUp enables the designer to visualize a concept with all details, spatial relationships, and to scale. For clients, digital models allow communication to people who may be unfamiliar with 2-dimensional paper drawings and prefer 3D renderings.
